Translation

God the wicked are risen up against me:/ and the assembly of the powerful have sought my soul: and they have not set you in their sight./ But you lord [are] the god of compassion and merciful:/ patient and very merciful and true./ Have regard for me and have mercy on me: give your command/ to your servant: and save the son of your handmaid./ Make me a sign for good that those who hate me may see and may be thrown into disorder: because you lord have help/ed me and have comforted me./

Psalm 86
The Lord loves the gates of Sion

Its FOUNDATIONS/ in the holy mountains:/ the lord loves the gates of sion:/ above all the tents of iacob./ Glorious things are said of you: city of god./ I will be mindful of naab and babilonis:/ knowing me./ Behold all the foreigners and tyre: and the people/ of the aethiopians were there./
