Translation

The just have cried and the lord heard them:/ and out of all their troubles he has delivered them./ The lord is near to them that are afflicted of heart:/ and he will save the humble of spirit./ The afflictions of the just are many:/ and out of all these the lord will deliver them./ The lord keeps all their bones:/ not one of them shall be crumbled./ The death of sinners is very evil:/ and they who hate the just shall offend./ The lord will redeem the souls of his servants:/ and all who trust in him shall not offend./

Psalm 34
Take hold of arms and shield

LORD JUDGE/ those who hurt me: overcome them that opp/ose me./ Take hold of arms and shield:/ and rise up to help me./ Shoot the spear and shut up the way/ against them that persecute me:/ say to my soul I am your salvation./
