TranslationI have hated the assembly of the malign:/ and with the wicked/ I will not sit./ I will wash my hands among the innocent:/ and I will surround your altar lord./ So that I may hear the voice of praise:/ and describe in detail all your wonderful works./ Lord I have loved the beauty of your house:/ and the dwelling place of your glory./ Do not destroy my soul lord with the wicked:/ and my life with bloody men./ In whose hands are iniquities:/ their right hand is filled up with gifts./ But I have walked in my innocence:/ redeem me and have mercy on me./ My foot has stood in upright ways:/ in the assembly I will bless you lord./ |
