Translation

The moon and stars to rule the night. Because./ Who struck aegypt: with their firstborn. Because/ Who brought forth israhel: out of the midst of them. Because forever./ With a mighty hand: and a lofty arm. Because/ Who divided the red sea: into parts. Because./ And brought forth israhel through the midst of it. Because his mercy is forever./ And he overthrew the Pharoah and his host:/ in the red sea. Because his mercy is forever./ Who led his people: through the desert. Because forever./ Who struck great kings. Because forever./ And slew strong kings. Because his mercy is forever./ Seon the king of the amorreor. Because his mercy is forever./ And og the king of basan. Because his mercy is forever./ And he gave their land for an inheritance. Because./ For an inheritance to israhel his servant. Because forever./ For in our humiliation: he was mindful of us. Because/ And he redeemed us: from our enemies./ Because forever./ Who gives food to all flesh.
