Translation

He who acts proudly shall not dwell in my house: he who speaks unjust things did not line up/ in the sight of my eyes./ In the morning I killed all the sinners/ of the earth: that I might ruin all who work injustice/ from the city of the lord./

Lord hear my prayer

Non habitabit in medio dom[us] me[a]e qui facit / sup[er]biam: qui loquitur iniquia n[on] direxit / in conspectu oculor[um] meor[um]. / In matutino interficiebam om[ne]s peccatores / terr[a]e: ut disperderem de civitate d[omi]ni / om[ne]s op[er]antes iniquitatem. /
D[omi]ne exaudi oratione[m]
DO/MI/NE / EX/AUDI ORATIONE[M] MEAM/ et clamor meus ad te veniat. /
