Translation

he has founded it upon the seas: and upon the rivers/ he has prepared it./ Who shall ascend to the mountain of the lord:/ or who shall stand in his holy place./ The innocent of hands and clean of heart:/ who has not taken his soul in falseness: nor sworn in deceit to his neighbour./ He shall receive a blessing from the lord:/ and mercy from god his saviour./ This is the generation of them that seek god:/ that seek the face of the god of iacob./ Lift up your gates princes:/ and be raised everlasting gates./ and the king of glory shall enter./ Who is the king of glory: the lord of powers is the king of glory./
