Translation

moved: but I have trusted in your mercy./ My heart shall rejoice in your salvation: I will sing/ to the lord who gives good things to me: and will play the lyre and sing/ to the name of the lord most high./

Psalm 13
The fool has said
THE FOOL/ HAS SAID/ in his heart:/ there is no god./ They are corrupt/ and are become accursed in their/ ways: there is none who/ do good no:/ not one. The Lord has looked down from heaven/ upon the children of men: that he may see if there is one who understands or/ seeks after god. They all have turned aside together they are become un/profitable: there is none who/ do good no:/ not one. Their throat is an open grave: with their tongues they acted deceitfully: the poison/ of asps under their lips./

fuero: ego aute[m] in mis[eri]c[or]dia tua speravi. / Exultabit cor meum in salutari tuo: cantabo / domino qui bona tribuit michi: et psallam / nomini domini altissimi./
dixit insipiens/
DIXIT IN/SIPIENS / in corde suo: / non est deus. / Corrupti sunt / et abominabiles / facti sunt in studiis / suis: non est qui / faciat bonu[m] non est usq[ue]: / ad unu[m]. D[omi]n[u]s de c[a]elo p[ro]spexit / sup[er] filios hominu[m]: ut videat si est intelligens aut / requirens d[eu]m. Om[ne]s declinaverunt simul in/utiles facti sunt: non est qui faciat bonu[m] non est / usq[ue]: ad unum. Sepulchrum patens est gutt[ur] / eor[um]: linguis suis dolose agebant: venenu[m] / aspidum sub labiis eorum. /
