Psalm: 48
Iconography: With his hand raised in a gesture of speech, God speaks to four men who may represent the four quarters of the earth. The lord has spoken and has called the earth. A bushy-tailed fox devours the foliage at the side of the initial.
Art: The lightly drawn hems to God's robe and cloak are visible.
